These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of tickets and services from Nomnomnom Show,inc (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Ticket Purchase
    •    All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
    •    Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by the Company.
    •    Resale or unauthorized transfer of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.
2. Event Changes & Cancellations
    •    Event dates, times, artists, or venues are subject to change.
    •    We are not responsible for changes made by the event organizer.
    •    In the event of a full cancellation by the Company, you will be eligible for a refund per our Refund Policy.
3. Prohibited Conduct
    •    Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to purchase tickets.
    •    Unauthorized resale, scalping, or ticket fraud.
    •    Violating venue rules or safety regulations.
    •    Any fraudulent or illegal activity.
Violation of these rules may result in ticket cancellation, account suspension, and legal action.
4. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the tickets.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration as set forth in our main Terms of Use.
6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
